This Acadian-Cajun celebration of the holiday season is filled with toe-tapping fiddle tunes, lilting Cajun two-steps and gorgeous anthems, played by some extraordinary musicians. The fiddle has traditionally been the driving force in both Acadian and Cajun dance music and many songs embody archetypal themes of deep yearning.
