Ghost Lights sees the trio collective of Gordon Grdina, François Houle, and Kenton Loewen join with pianist Benoit Delbecq for a collection of original ambient compositions which have all of the musicians performing on both acoustic and electronic instruments, creating a unique sonic world that also incorporates the sounds of West Africa in homage to late bassist, Jean-Jacques Avenel.
