This digital release sees the prolific Canadian violinist Steven Staryk perform works by famous composers of the 18th and 19th centuries. Joined by pianist Eloise Niwa, this extensive collection—which includes Paganini's Sonata in E Minor, Op. 3, No. 6 and excerpts from Wieniawski's L’École moderne—is the first volume in Staryk's An Anthology of the Art of Violin Playing series, originally released in 1968.
