Steven Wilson is one of the most well-respected figures in contemporary prog rock, pushing industry boundaries throughout the 1990s with Porcupine Tree and going on to an equally iconoclastic solo career. Never one to be categorized, his fifth studio album To the Bone veers onto a new track, taking inspiration from ambitious progressive pop albums such as Peter Gabriel's So and Kate Bush's Hounds of Love, making this Wilson's most polished and commercial sounding release to date.
