There's something special about the combination of cello and organ; the silky sound of the cello blending magically with the rich colours of a late-Romantic organ. The two young musicians behind this album, cellist Jana Telgenbüscher and organist Sebastian Freitag, celebrate the interaction of their two instruments as they tackle late-Romantic repertoire, from the delicate sounds of Max Bruch's Kol Nidrei to the powerful No. 3 in A Minor by César Franck.
