Following two celebrated releases of Carson Cooman's organ music, Erik Simmons now ventures into a special area of the American composer's work, inspired by and written in the style of the Renaissance and the early Baroque. Simmons recorded this double album on the 1730s-era organ of the Basilica Mariä-Himmelfahrt in Poland, creating an essential acquisition for both early music lovers and followers of the modern organ repertoire.
