Longtime Metropolitan Opera guitarist, lutenist and award-winning composer Frederic Hand presents this collection showcasing his signature brand of composition and his fluid, expressive playing. In an era where the performer/composer has been making a much discussed comeback, Hand has been occupying this role with great success steadily for decades. He defies easy categorization as he draws from various styles including early music, Irish, new age, contemporary and jazz. Hand welcomes guest artists David Leisner on guitar and flutist Jayna Nelson who contribute to one song each.
