Acclaimed organist Federico Terzi presents a programme of works by Johannes Brahms on this stunning recording from VDE-GALLO! Holder of a Master in Organ from the Haute École de Musique in Geneva and a Master in Modern Philology from the Catholic University of Milan, Federico Terzi (* 1994) is organist at the Basilica of Notre-Dame in Geneva. During his studies, he had the opportunity to work with, among others, Enrico Viccardi, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Alessio Corti, Ludger Lohmann and Vincent Thévenaz. His activity as an organist leads him to play in different places and settings and has won him prizes for musical interpretation both in Italy and in Switzerland. Interested in the links between music and different aspects of culture, he has published articles in Italian and American academic journals.
