Empty is an alt-rock band from South Carolina. Their debut release, Hope And The Loss Of It, introduced a band full of surprises and ingenuity. Their reputation for climbing the rafters at shows and writing genre-bending tracks set the stage for fans to prepare for the unpredictable.
Their latest offering, the sophomore release Made Of Fire, is as original as it is uniform; it manages to showcase an entirely new genre of music with the grit Empty is known for. Full of hip hop, screams, nods to 2000’s rock, and metalcore, Made Of Fire is an experience all its own.
The project is a journey through heartbreak and hopelessness, themes they know their fans can relate to. Since their conception, the group’s main motive has always been to provide art that’s honest and accepting, something this record surely provides.
