Groundbreaking musician/songwriter/producer Steven Wilson releases his new studio album THE FUTURE BITES. Co-produced in London by Wilson with David Kosten (Bat For Lashes, Everything Everything), THE FUTURE BITES sees Wilson exploring contemporary addiction and the lasting effect of ever-increasing technology on our daily lives. The album marks his most inventive and far-reaching musical construction to date, spanning soaring acoustics, lush electronica, relentless bass-driven grooves, murky funk, and so much more, all linked through powerfully focused song-craft and this one-of-a-kind artist’s always unique creative vision.
During lockdown the limited deluxe edition of THE FUTURE BITES has had further content added to it. The exclusive bonus disc now features 6 additional songs ("HA BLOODY HA", "MOVE LIKE A FEVER", "WAVE THE WHITE FLAG", "I AM CLICHE", "IN PIECES", "EVERY KINGDOM FALLS") and 4 extended reworkings of songs from the album, including a 19 minute version of "PERSONAL SHOPPER". Disc's of both vocal and instrumental mixes of the album and a cassette of demos complete the audio content.
