Madison Gate Records releases the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to Marvel's latest feature, Morbius. The 23-track offering features the music of Stockholm-based film composer Jon Ekstrand, who researched sounds that bats make and pushed his orchestra to replicate those sounds using instruments throughout the score.
Directed by Ekstrand’s longtime collaborator Daniel Espinosa, Morbius follows the story of antihero Michael Morbius. Dangerously ill with a rare blood disorder and determined to save others suffering his same fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate gamble. While at first it seems to be a radical success, a darkness inside him is unleashed. Will good override evil – or will Morbius succumb to his mysterious new urges?
