Indie folk singer Allison Ponthier releases her sophomore EP, Shaking Hands With Elvis. Following up on her debut Faking My Own Death, the new offering breaks out of the country mould to explore "the dynamic folk-tinged stoicism of Kacey Musgraves and Orville Peck." (Consequence of Sound)
