This release from preeminent early music ensemble London Early Opera is the second in their Vauxhall series and brings together pieces by Handel, Hasse, and several English composers for a unique insight into the popular music of this era, expertly performed by soloists such as Claire Bessent, Eleanor Dennis, and Greg Tassell under the direction of Bridget Cunningham.
