Acclaimed viola da gamba soloist, Vittorio Ghielmi leads a group of Baroque instrumentalist improvisers in paying tribute to gypsy music from the eighteenth century. On this album, Ghielmi took a variety of gypsy songs where only the melody was written and composed the accompaniment for it to match the perspective of the orchestration of the period.
