The three brothers Pablo, Daniel and Aarón Zapico are the heart of Forma Antiqva - one of the most fascinating Baroque Ensembles of the Spanish music scene. Depending on the type of project, the Zapicos change the size of Forma Antiqva from a chamber music-ensemble to a full Baroque-orchestra.
This is Concerto Zapico Vol. 2, a journey through the dance music of the 17th and 18th centuries with an extra maturity, language control, colors and timbre possibilities of their instruments. The most current expression of the recognized by the reviews as "Zapico style", their own language that they maintain in continuous development. This musical understanding makes this album a hypnotic and fascinating experience for the listener.
