Digital Booklet
Under the theme "Time and Eternity", the Audi Youth Choir Academy and percussionist Simone Rubino present a program of contemporary works that unite great opposites. The percussion stands for rhythm, a symbol of organized time in correlation with transience. The chorus stands opposite its counterpart - in many pieces it embodies a timelessness that explores the space with floating sounds. Talent, enjoyment of music, and the willingness to work with the utmost dedication and perseverance in the smallest musical detail are the success factors of the Audi Youth Choir Academy. Since its founding in 2007 as part of AUDI AG's cultural engagement, the young choir has been writing success stories: international awards and unanimous praise from the music and media worlds testify to the quality of this extraordinary choir. Simone Rubino was born in 1993 in Italy, and proceeded to study in Turin and Munich. Simone Rubino is the winner of numerous competitions. His breakthrough in Germany was achieved in 2014 with the 1st prize at the ARD Music Competition. In addition to his performances as a soloist, chamber music is very important to him.

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
