Julius Reubke died tragically young. His sole Piano Sonata is dedicated to his revered teacher and friend Liszt, who welcomed the work into his repertoire. Here Markus Becker also tackles a compelling transcription of the ferocious Organ Sonata on the 94th Psalm.
