Kåre Indrehus is a singer known for his tragicomic lyrics and his honest and peculiar communication. In his third solo release, Livet pa Landet or Country Life, Kare Indrehus serves us personal stories about existence, village life, dog keeping, women, and friendship. Both humor and seriousness play significant roles in his narratives as he sings about his upbringing on Sunmore, his years in the capital and having to establish himself with a wife and children.
Livet pa Landet is written, arranged, played and produced by Indrehus himself. Kim Laland and Maria Ingrid Vosgraff Moro contribute to choir, and Svein Erik Åmås (Audiofarm Studio) is credited with mastering.
