After a 28-year long break from the music scene, Leif Sylvester released his comeback album AMA'R in February 2017. In the many years since his previous work, Leif has put all his soul and creativity into his well-known and colorful paintings and sculptures. But Leif missed the direct contact with the audience and the creative collaboration with a band. Therefore, he gathered a 9-piece orchestra, wrote a number of new songs, recorded a new album and took a tour to 10 Danish venues in March 2017. This configuration worked well, and Leif realized he wasn't done with the stage. Storyville presents the follow-up record, Kød og Knogler, a fresh imagining of his project with Family & Friends.
