The cover art promises "Christmas carols like you have never heard them before!" and this unique collection arranged by contemporary American composer Julie Giroux delivers on that pledge. Performed by the University of Texas at El Paso Wind Symphonic Winds, a great deal of imagination and humour went into this recording. Giroux includes some of the most luxurious and sensitive settings to truly fascinate the listener, while conductor Ron Hufstader and the UTEP Symphonic Winds provide the professional sounds that bring out the best of Giroux's scoring artistry.
