Shadows and Light is a 1980 live double album by the Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell. It was recorded at the Santa Barbara Bowl in September 1979 on Mitchell's Mingus tour.

Recorded at the Santa Barbara County Bowl, September 1979. Using the remote facilities of the Record Plant, Engineered by Andy Johns and Henry Lewy. Mixed at the A & M Studios in Hollywood by Henry Lewy, Joni Mitchell and Skip Cottrell. Mastered by Bernie Grundman
