Foghat began when frontman “Lonesome” Dave Peverett, bassist Tony Stevens and drummer Roger Earl split from British blues rockers Savoy Brown and recruited Black Cat Bones axeman Rod Price. Their eponymous debut, Foghat, was released in 1972, and features the studio version of their cover of Willie Dixon’s “I Just Want to Make Love to You,” which hit #83.
This 2016 remaster brings new light and new sound to the classic, a must-have for fans and newcomers alike!
