Recorded live off the floor over six consecutive days in Nashville, Will The Circle Be Unbroken is a timeless achievement of studio collaboration, bringing together accomplished country songwriters and musicians from two generations for a cohesive set both steeped in tradition and pioneering in its form, ushering in the new Americana style. Featuring guest artists including Earl Scruggs, Merle Travis, Doc Watson and Roy Acuff, the album crossed genre lines, uniting fans of country and rock in widespread appreciation, peaking at number four on the country chart. This edition was remastered from the original analogue tapes in 2012 to celebrate the album's 40th anniversary.
