Érase una vez ("Once Upon a Time") is an adventure that Jaime Zavala de Pedro is tackling after five albums, proof of the respect he deserves from his most sincere and demanding audience: children, whom the musician recognizes as sensitive, intelligent and knowledgeable ears.
