Boiling Point contains world premiere recordings of the genre-crossing chamber works by one of America’s most respected up-and-coming composers, Kenji Bunch, performed by the Grammy-nominated ALIAS Chamber Ensemble. This is the first release devoted entirely to Bunch's works, which draw upon a broad range of traditional American genres and styles, from roots music such as bluegrass, folk and the blues to more modern descendants like country, jazz and rock.
