The 6 God has returned with his new project, Dark Lane Demo Tapes, boasting 14 tracks guest appearances by Playboi Carti, Future, Young Thug, and more. The mixtape credits outhside, Pi’erre Bourne, Noah “40” Shebib, and Plain Pat are among its producers, and comes ahead of Drake's upcoming sixth full-length studio, planned for Summer 2020.
The collection consists of various one-offs that have been floating around the internet during 2020. As Drake put it: “My brothers [Manager Oliver El-Khatib and Engineer Noel Cadastre] put together a lot of the songs people have been asking for (some leaks and some joints from SoundCloud and some new vibes)."
