Margo Price has released her third studio album, That’s How Rumors Get Started, due out 8 May on Loma Vista Recordings. The 10-track album, which marks the country singer-songwriter’s debut with the indie imprint, was co-produced by acclaimed country artist Sturgill Simpson.
That’s How Rumors Get Started, which follows Price’s chart-topping 2017 album All American Made, features an all-star line-up of talent, assembled by Simpson, including guitarist Matt Sweeney (Adele, Iggy Pop), bassist Pino Palladino (D’Angelo, The Who), drummer James Gadson (Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye) and keyboardist Benmont Tench (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers). Simpson, as well as the Nashville Friends Gospel Choir, also contribute their vocals to a handful of songs.
