In a time where virtual concerts and couch livestreams are ubiquitous, Tyler Rich surprised loyal followers with a new EP, Live At Home. The EP features the recently released single, "Feels Like Home", which sets the tone for the release. The title may lend itself to the current atmosphere, but the buoyant melody and cheery lyrics were quickly becoming a fan-favourite at live shows pre-pandemic.
“Exploring new cities, meeting strangers, and finding pubs or dive bars that make you feel like home inspired this song. It’s crazy how you can feel an innate sense of comfort in such unfamiliar places. Ironically, we all recorded our parts from home during quarantine, though it has nothing to do with the name of the song. I hope this song makes people feel nostalgic and reminds us all of our favourite people and places when we need the feel of community even more."
