Simone Records release Louis-Jean Cormier’s second album, Les grandes artères. Recorded and mixed by Pierre Girard, Les grandes artères is the result of a precious teamwork of several months in studio with his musicians and friends Marc-André Larocque, Simon Pedneault, Adèle Trottier-Rivard, Guillaume Chartain, Alex McMahon.
Written in collaboration with Daniel Beaumont, along with a choir and a bunch of talented guest musicians who also have participated to the arrangement, Louis-Jean Cormier on this new album explores new sounds, sometimes more orchestral, more complex in the arrangements. The album was recorded at Wild, Planet and L’Antre du MAL studios and mastered by Le Lab Mastering.
