This album is a musical journey to 15th century Naples for the feast of San Gennaro and the sacred vocal music of the time.The church of San Gennaro was the work place of the album's featured composers Cristofaro Caresana, Nicola Fago and Gaetano Veneziano who worked around the same time as the more famous Domenico Scarlatti.
