As part of his continuing series of quarantine covers, titled No Fun Mondays, Billie Joe Armstrong releases his cover of John Lennon's legendary protest song, "Gimme Some Truth".
The track was first released on Lennon's 1971 album Imagine. "Gimme Some Truth" contains various political references emerging from the time it was written, during the latter years of the Vietnam War.
