Capitol Records has released the new album of Neil Diamond With The London Symphony Orchestra, Classic Diamonds. The set features new vocal performances by the world-renowned singer-songwriter of many of his best-loved hits, accompanied by the London Symphony Orchestra.
The album was recorded both at Abbey Road Studios in London and at Diamond’s studio in Los Angeles. It features such all-time favorites as “I Am…I Said,” “Love on the Rocks,” “September Morn,” and “Sweet Caroline.” Diamond thus adds a new volume to a remarkable body of work that dates back to the mid-1960s and saw him inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.
