Deutsche Grammophon presents this stunning new single release of Stravinsky's Funeral Song, Op. 5, performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra under the baton of Québécois conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin. Composed in 1908 in memory of Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, the work received one performance in 1909. The work was then lost and not rediscovered until 2015!
