In 2019 Yvan Cassar revisited 12 Johnny Hallyday standards spanning the 20 years of their artistic collaboration on stage and in the studio. The result: almost 500,000 albums sold. In 2020 the story continues. From the most stripped-back setting to the most masterful symphonic orchestrations, Cassar features the voice of one of the greatest French singers for a respectful reinterpretation of his musical heritage.
Faithful to his habit with Johnny, he offers us as a bonus two sumptuous covers of the standards of two equal giants "Ne me ne pas" (Jacques Brel) and "Love me tender" (Elvis Presley).
