The Kammerchor der Künste is joined by the Ensemble Baroque for Kaleidoskop 1. This varied programme presents works by Heinrich Carl Ebell, Yannick Wittmann, Rudolf Mauersberger, and Johann Sebastian Bach, deftly and expertly presented by these stunning ensembles! The Kammerchor der Künste is made up of around 25 music students from the Berlin University of the Arts, primarily prospective school and church musicians, singing teachers and sound engineers, who, under the direction of Prof. Maike Bühle, are extremely enthusiastic about presenting detailed stylistically variable interpretations, while always maintaining an homogeneous choral sound. With concentration, devotion and passion, they work unanimously on common expression and try to surpass themselves in order to constantly refine their sound and to get closer to the core of the compositions.

What is High-Resolution Audio?

High-resolution audio offers the highest-fidelity available, far surpassing the sound quality of traditional CDs. When you listen to music on a CD or tracks purchased via consumer services such as iTunes, you are hearing a low-resolution version of what was actually recorded and mastered in the studio. ProStudioMasters offers the original studio masters — exactly as the artist, producers and sound engineers mastered them — for download, directly to you.

What do I need for playback?

You may need additional software / hardware to take full advantage of the higher 24-bit high-res audio formats, but any music lover that has heard 16-bit vs 24-bit will tell you it's worth it!
